Shipping Policy

At Overland Fuel, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order has shipped, the responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier, and any loss or damage that occurs during transit must be handled directly with the shipping provider.

Shipping Costs

We do not profit from shipping fees. You will be charged the exact rate provided by the carrier. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Shipping Process & Carriers

We primarily ship using FedEx, UPS, and USPS, with standard delivery times ranging from 5 to 7 business days within the U.S. Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the USA, however, some orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. If shipped from the Netherlands we are using FedEx EXPRESS shipping so it should arrive to you the same time as you would have ordered from the US.

Important: please note that shipping times vary based on product availability and the volume we are currently handling.

  • Processing Times: we process orders typically within 24-48 hours, but some items—such as custom or bulk orders—may take longer. Estimated availability is provided at checkout.
  • Weekend & Holiday Shipping: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and serve as guidelines. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates once the package has left our facility.
