Definitions

  • Seller refers to Overland Adventure LLC (“hereinafter Overland”) and its websites, including www.overlandfuel.us
  • Customer refers to the individual or company purchasing from Overland.

1. GENERAL

These terms and conditions govern the sale of products supplied by Overland to the Customer.

2. PRICING

2.1 All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Any automatic currency conversions displayed are for reference only; the final charge will be in USD.

2.2 Shipping fees apply unless otherwise specified.

2.3 Sales tax is calculated based on the applicable state laws at checkout. International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) via one of the following methods:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer (available upon request; contact us for details)

4. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

Ownership of goods remains with Overland until full payment is received and cleared.

5. RISK OF LOSS

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6.1 We strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days, but this may vary based on product availability.

6.2 Domestic orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Standard delivery times range from 5-7 business days.

6.3 International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or additional carrier fees, which are the Customer’s responsibility.

6.4 If an order is lost or damaged in transit, the Customer must file a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The Customer has 14 days upon receipt to report any discrepancies or defects. If no issues are reported, the order is deemed accepted.

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

8.1 Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery by contacting sales@overlandfuel.us.

8.2 Products must be in unused, original condition and packaging.

8.3 Refunds are issued for product value only; shipping costs are non-refundable.

8.4 If returning an item due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent), Overland will cover the return shipping cost.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

9.1 Orders can be canceled before shipment by emailing sales@overlandfuel.us.

9.2 If an order has already shipped, it must be processed as a return.

10. WARRANTIES

11. PRIVACY POLICY

11.1 Customer data is collected securely and used only for order processing and marketing by Overland. 11.2 Customers can request data removal by emailing sales@overlandfuel.us.

All content on www.overlandfuel.us is the property of Overland and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Texas.
